Jason Cohen is the founder, President and Broker of Record for Trends Select Realty. Mr. Cohen founded the company after realizing that there was a strong demand from Buyers and Sellers asking more from their Real Estate Agents as well as an extreme lack of effort from Brokerages to train and guide new real estate salespersons to a successful career.  Understanding that times are changing, Mr. Cohen has developed systems that are highly technologically based giving a tremendous edge to Trends Select customers and clients.

Mr. Cohen has turned a subsidiary company into a fully integrated real estate firm that owns and operates more than 350 apartment units throughout the United States with an aggregate value of over $10 million. Trends Select Realty is now poised to garner immediate additional value by already having construction, leasing, management, financing and brokerage capabilities.

Mr. Cohen is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania. He has a Business Administration degree from University of Texas and has performed several study abroad programs. Mr. Cohen has represented USA in Soccer competitions, performed several community service functions in the Pittsburgh area, and is proud husband and father of two. Mr. Cohen's concentration is commercial/multi-family investments.

Amy Snebold comes to Trends Select Realty from Prudential Preferred Realty. Ms. Snebold is an integral part in Trends Select Realty's technology based initiative to bring true change, deserving attentiveness and results to Trends Select clients through several of our tech savvy systems. Ms. Snebold is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute and has a strong knowledge of web based systems and networks. Ms. Snebold has been a Leasing Agent and Sales Associate for many years covering a wide range of clientele from those with luxury needs to those seeking student housing. Ms. Snebolds technology skills combined with past real estate sales experience is an absolute winning combination. She has already proved to be an integral part of Trends Select Realty. Ms. Snebold specializes in Investor/REO/disposition and Residential Sales.

Jim has successfully managed and sold hundreds of listings, and has assisted a countless number of clients with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and formerly Maronda Homes. He has overseen the maintenance and upkeep of over 20 Single Family and Townhome communities in the South and West Suburbs of Pittsburgh. Jim brings vast experience in Marketing, Social, Organizational and Sales skills to all of his clients.
Jim attended The University of Pittsburgh while gaining his Degree in Communications, and has completed countless studies abroad and continuing education classes in the Real Estate Community. Mr. Andeits is a proud husband and father of two, and has been a resident of the Greater Pittsburgh area his entire life. You can feel comfortable with an agent that has the skills, experience, and knowledge of the Real Estate Market and landscape of our beautiful city and its surroundings. Meredith Lee Cohen is a Sales Associate with Trends Select Realty. Mrs. Cohen has exceeded in Listing and Selling homes most specifically in and around the City of Pittsburgh and the South Hills previously with Remax and Coldwell Banker.

Mrs. Cohen has a degree from University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree from the Katz School of Business. Mrs. Cohen successfully completed over 250 residential lease agreements in her past position as Leasing Director with Trends Capital. Mrs. Cohen’s concentration is in Residential Sales.
